Proximidade de alguns pontos visitados.

Sim. A piscina do hotel estava em manutenção e não houve qualquer informação antes da reserva. Só tomei conhecimento quando fui até a piscina (e a vi vazia) e, depois, através de um aviso no elevador do hotel. Obrigatoriamente, esta informação deveria ter sido dada antes da reserva!!!!! Senti-me enganada!!!

Boa localização e conforto.

Preço incompatível com o conforto que possui. Fui constrangido pelas normas do hotel com a cobrança de uma "taxa", pelo simples recebimento de uma visita no quarto, de onde ficou parecendo que se tratava de realização de "programa" pela visita. Foi cobrado um valor de 100,00 e a visita foi obrigada a preencher um cadastro, só podendo subir acompanhada por um funcionário do hotel, para que o hóspede assinasse uma "autorização" para cobrança por hóspede extra. Ora, trata-se de uma presunção que não pode ser aplicada para qualquer caso, constrangendo imoderadamente os clientes que precisam encontrar alguém ou conversar reservadamente. Outra: o valor do quarto mais barato é digno dos mais caros de luxo, sendo que não há a mínima necessidade de cobrança de "hospede extra" quando os quartos são todos de casal.
